Rocky Mountain Raceways

Rocky Mountain Raceways (formerly Bonneville Raceways) has been a core of the racing culture in Utah for twenty years. Utah has a rich history of automobile racing with hundreds of world land speed records being made in the Bonneville Salt Flats and Rocky Mountain Raceways carries on that thrilling tradition.

Rocky Mountain Raceways is a state of the art racing facility that includes a one-quarter mile drag strip, large oval and figure-8 track, and a motocross dirt track. There is something for every racing fan at this facility. At the raceways you can see everything from Jet Cars, Monster Trucks, Modifieds, and Sprint Cars.

Utah Motorsports Campus

Between the Oquirrh and Stansbury mountains is the wide basin of the Tooele Valley. Here, visitors will find one of the nation’s premier motorsports facilities. The Utah Motorsports Campus has hosted events ranging from the Utah Grand Prix and the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah to the Pirelli World Challenge, AMA Superbike Championship and NASCAR. The Campus lures racing fans, club racers and families looking for high-speed fun on the Kart Track or Wide Open Wednesday (WOW) laps and classroom sessions. Prices vary by event. 30 minutes west of Salt Lake City. 

Jordan River OHV State Recreation Area

Off-road enthusiasts on the Wasatch Front can hone their skills on one of four separate tracks, with tabletops and banked turns, and options for both advanced and novice motocross riders. In fact, there is a dedicated beginner area and good options for spectator viewing. Jordan River OHV State Recreation Area is open approximately early April to approximately mid-October. Off-Highway motorcycle (OHM) riders will enjoy two motocross (MX) tracks. The novice and grand-prix tracks are open to both OHMs and ATVs.
