I would like to do whatever it is that presses the essence from the hour.

Welcome to Utah

Far more than just a state. Utah is a state of mind. Sculpted by wind, water and time, Utah's landscapes are perfect for your next adventure.

Let's do the numbers: Utah has five national parks, nine national monuments, two national recreation areas, one national historic site and 44 state parks, all surrounded by five vast national forests and various open lands.

At the heart of it all is the culturally vibrant Wasatch Front, which is home to many of Utah's liveliest metropolitan downtowns, including the capital Salt Lake City (which includes Utah's top cultural attraction: Temple Square), Ogden and Provo.

Utah's urban centres are all only minutes from the mountains and a few short hours from The Mighty 5® national parks of Southern Utah (Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon and Zion).

And in winter, 15 ski resorts revel in the lightest, driest snow — know as The Greatest Snow on Earth® with ten resorts just 40-70 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
