UTA, Bus, Utah

UTA Buses

With close to 600 buses in their fleet, the Utah Transit Authority can take you where you want to go in hybird-electric buses, ski buses, over-the-road coaches, and more than 140 Paratransit buses.

UTA Buses

UTA has bus service to northern Utah's major cities from Provo to North Ogden, including extensive coverage in the Salt Lake Valley. In 2011, UTA launched limited service between Salt Lake City and Park City. During the winter season, UTA offers service to the Salt Lake City resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird). Call (888) 743-3882 or (801) 743-3882, or visit www.rideuta.com.

By Bus
Greyhound Bus lines access several Utah cities. In Northern Utah, buses make stops in Provo, Salt Lake City, Ogden, Brigham City, Tremonton and Logan. Greyhound also makes runs to Green River in Northeastern Utah. Heading to Southwestern Utah on I-15, the bus line makes stops in Parowan and St. George.

The Greyhound Bus Lines offer frequent service to Utah on its transcontinental routes along I-15 and to Denver along US-40. Greyhound features specials on bus passes and one-way "anywhere" tickets. Outside the U.S., residents may purchase a Greyhound Discovery Pass at additional discounts. Call (800) 231-2222, www.greyhound.com.
