USANA Champions for Change 5K

USANA Health Sciences is hosting its inaugural, super-hero-themed USANA Champions for Change 5K to help people in need around the world. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event go to USANA True Health Foundation. USANA True Health Foundation is a non-profit organization. Their mission is to provide the most critical human necessities—nutrition, clothing, shelter, medical assistance, and health education—to those who are suffering or in need. Great prizes, such as gourmet chocolate from Caputo’s Market, fresh baked treats from Great Harvest, caramelized goodies from The Forbidden Fruit, and much more, will be awarded to the first man, woman, child 12 years and under, man or women 60 years and older, who cross the finish line. There will also be a gift basket awarded to the best representation of a hero. All participants are encouraged to dress up and run, walk, or even leap tall buildings for a cause. Celebrity trainer, Kathy Kaehler, Olympic gold medalist, Derek Parra, and former WNBA all-star, Jennifer Azzi, will be leading a warm-up exercise at the start of the event. Each participant will receive a free commemorative t-shirt.
