Meeting of the Tribes

The next "Meeting of The Tribes" is slated for Saturday December 1, 1:00-4:30 pm.

The bellydance showcase will feature Middle Eastern music by Bazeen, (SLC), and a teachers' spotlight section in addition to classes/troupes from throughout Utah.

Performing in the showcase will be Cairo Classic Studio, (SLC); Jamileh, (Farmington); Sabaya, (Brigham City); Davina Tribal Collective, (SLC); Shah Sitara, (SLC); Ronnie Ambar, (SLC); Thia, (SLC); Kairo, (SLC); Belly Dance by Thia School, (SLC); Amina's Students, (SLC); Sahara, (SLC); Shahravar, (SLC); Shazia, (Brigham City); Isis and Sahara, (SLC); Alexandria, (SLC); Secrets of the East, (SLC); Zahirah Sheya, (SLC); Asuda, (SLC); Sahara Dreams, (SLC); Midnight Mirage School of Dance, (Farmington); Ventus, (SLC); Amina's Students, (SLC); and Zarifa, (St. George).

Admission is $6.50 in advance at www.meetingofthetribes.com and $7 at the door.
