The Utah Symphony Mighty 5® Tour at Zion National Park

Red Oelerich of Outdoor Utah, has been involved in the Utah Tourism industry for over 25 years. In the early 1990s, Oelerich took over the publication Bicycle Utah and since that time and transformed it from a 24-page magazine promoting cycling to an 88-page publication promoting all aspects of warm-weather outdoor recreation in Utah. The magazine has since been renamed the Outdoor Utah Adventure Guide to reflect the diversity and opportunity of recreation possibilities and has grown from 30,000 in circulation at its inception to over 250,000 today. Monique Beeley has been with the company for twelve years and is the publisher, photographer and photo editor of the Outdoor Utah Adventure Guide. A Logan native, she currently resides in Park City with her five-year-old daughter, Kya. A former ski instructor, Monique participates in all the outdoor activities the company promotes, but lists mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding and canyoneering as her favorites. She sits on the board of directors of the Utah Hotel & Lodging Association, Utah Guides & Outfitters Association, Friends of Utah State Parks and is active in Women in Tourism. Accompanying photos taken by Monique Beeley.
